Friends of the Mount Olive Public Library

The mission of the Friends of the Mt. Olive Public Library is to stimulate community awareness and use of the library.

THE FRIENDS OF THE MOUNT OLIVE PUBLIC LIBRARY is a recognized 501(c)(3) non-profit organization comprised of volunteers SEPARATE FROM THE LIBRARY PERSONNEL and a valuable resource for the Library. It acts in our township by:

- Sponsoring programs for adults & children.
- Providing funds with our book sales to purchase additional materials and equipment not provided for in the annual budget.
- Offering another set of helping hands with community-wide children’s programs offered by the library.

Board meetings of the Friends are open to attendance by both members and prospective members.
The Annual Meeting is open to the entire membership for voting on various agenda issues, including the election of officers.

Book Sale & Donation Days
Book sales
will be held between the hours of 10am & 4pm.
Book donations will be held between the hours of 10am & 2pm,
on the following Saturdays (unless otherwise posted) in the Library basement,
which is located around to the back of the building.
