The mission of the Friends of the Mt. Olive Public Library
We are a 501©(3) non profit group of volunteers separate from the library, who make a difference in supporting and enhancing the Library’s programs, services and collections. We have a common belief that an active, vital library is an important asset to the community. Money raised through memberships, book sales, donations and other fundraisers helps purchase materials and fund programs beyond the means of the Library budget.
Board meetings of the Friends are open to attendance by both members and prospective members.
The Annual Meeting is open to the entire membership for voting on various agenda issues, including the election of officers.
