Meeting rooms are available for use by Mt. Olive residents and non-residents for either non-profit or for-profit events. FEES may apply for non-resident or for-profit use.

All outside events and reoccurring programs (not sponsored by the library) must fill out and return a copy of our Meeting Room Application form to the Adminstration Office BEFORE your scheduled usage date.

The Library reserves the right to cancel a room reservation for any reason or suspend room privileges if persons do not abide by Library policies and rules.
Meeting rooms cannot be reserved for tutoring purposes. Tutors are welcome to use all other open seating areas within the library.
NO food or drink is permitted in the meeting rooms except for bottled water.
NO DRINK OF ANY KIND is allowed in the Heritage room.
Meeting room usage for Library-sponsored programs always take priority!

Gathering Room
The Gathering Room is reserved for larger group and outside programs. This room is not available for private study and can be accessed by appointment only.

Conference Room
The Conference Room is currently available on a walk-in basis for one (1) hour per visit. Visitors are allowed to stay beyond the 1-hour limit if no one else is waiting for the room. Please visit the reference desk for access and check in.
