In the spring of 2023, the library invited members of the Mount Olive Township community to complete the MOPL Strategic Planning Survey. The Mount Olive Public Library Strategic Planning Committee and the Mount Olive Public Library Board of Trustees proudly extend the results of the survey, as well as the four strategic focus goals developed in response to the feedback from the community the library serves. The Mount Olive Public Library Board of Trustees have voted to create this strategic plan to serve as a roadmap, guiding the library’s actions and investments toward meeting the evolving needs of its community while ensuring efficient resource allocations. This plan empowers library leadership to make informed decisions by aligning efforts with the overarching mission and vision, maximizing impact and relevance.
